School was bad. My Apfs paper was bad. The day started off quite slowly. My bus took a long time to come. Who says bus drivers dont suffer from monday blues? The journey to school was so much slower than before. What happened?
I had a 3 hr break, thinking that i had a tutorial at 1pm. But i was told it was shifted to next week. Grrrr.. Since it was an early day, Nee and i took the bedok reservoir route to the bus stop. It was relaxing but way too hot for my liking. So how was your monday?
This yummy little things arrived yesterday. I'm proud to say that i didnt have to queue up for hours for these. Yay!
Ohh Daddy's going to Israel tomorrow. How exciting! And he was asking me that day if i wanted Korea or Taiwan for our trip this year. I'm spoiled for choices.
I've a French test tomorrow. Pray for me.

Eeek! I can't believe it's Sunday already. Monday blues, go away. Come again another week. *croons* The past few days have been a blast. Good things end fast, don't they?
Friday was spent with the girlies at Chinatown. We had the famous porridge which i felt was overated. I think the coffeeshop opposite school serves yummier porridge which is reasonably priced. Do you realised that my life revolves around food. It's food hunting every week without fail. Nee and i made a pact that we would feast at the end of each month to reward ourselves from mind-torturing school.
The bustling streets at night
I didnt have to work on Saturday. Being an extremely nice friend, i accompanied Nee to the temple to draw divinations. So while waiting for the princess' arrival, i went around taking pictures again. Hehe. I think my interest for photography has increased thanks to the girlies who are total camwhores.
This man took the seat beside me and started smoking. The smell was horrible and it stank my hair and clothes. Annoying smoke pipe!
Parklane wanton noodles, mango ice
We decided to check out The Central as the temptation to shop at Bugis was too great. Remember that i was supposed to scrimp this month?
How was your weekends? 5 more days to the next weekend. Or rather 4 cos no lessons for me on fri! Yippie!

I was brought down memory lane once again. It seems like yesterday that koonie and i shared our little gossips in the classroom. But, a few years have passed. The settings have changed but the person and feelings remained the same. Days spent with koonie brought me back to yesteryear. (:
I had the most wonderful Thurs, every moment is still running in my head now. Although this week did not go as planned, Koonie and i embarked on our "girls-only-day" to Vivo for some serious shopping. Pull & Bear was having a clearance sale. I bought a sweater bearing in mind i do not have excess this month. No pain, no gain, what's more it's the GSS. hehee. Let's welcome the week to scrimp. (: Koonie emerged as the biggest spender of the day! I'm going to defeat her someday! *arms with $10 topshop voucher*
Can you imagine having to spend the whole day with aching tummy and rubbery legs? That's the result of walking and laughing excessively with koonie. Oh wait you hear her LAME jokes. From the broken shades to drowning boys to squashed fats. Goshh i can't help laughing right up to this minute.
What's more important than food to complete the day? We settled for Breko at Holland V after contemplating for a long time.
This looks like a shot taken off Red Light District
Food Models of the nights
morzerella toast, tic tac toe, baked potato (toppings: bacon, mushroom, spring onion, celery. eek!), some mango & lemon drink. Surprise surprise, this drink gives a tinge of sourness every sip you take which results from the gradual melting of the crushed frozen lemonjuice cubes.
We stuffed ourselves silly with the food. But the day does not end without camwhoring!
Angelic us. Where's the halo?
tsk tsk why never "park" your hair properly huh. now everyone knows who's ever ready for the cam. hehe
My term break has come to an end. I would say it was a short yet fulfilling one. But one thing for sure, i had more fun than work done this break. Oh the horror when i return to school. The next term seems to be an arduous journey but i'm looking forward.
The girls' and my little catchup at Chinatown later. It's good to get away from urban life once in a while.

My Ambition.
Do you remember your teacher asking you this question when you were in kindergarden? Do you remember writing an essay on this when you were in primary school? Do you remember talking about this in front of your class in secondary school? And now i'm still at it.
I wanted to be a doctor in kindergarden. I wanted to be a netball coach in pri school. I wanted to be a gynaecologist in sec 2. I wanted to be a guest relations officer in sec 4. I wanted to be a researcher in food technology in poly.
But now that i'm doing nutrition, i've no idea what i want to be.
Maybe i should let God decide the route for me to take. Or maybe i should follow what the horoscope says. To be someone in the healthcare profession/creative fields. Or maybe i should just follow my heart.

I thought i can get away without ironing the clothes again tonight. But to my horror, daddy bought an ORANGEsteam iron from Courts earlier. I noticed that daddy's choice of colours has broaden, or rather gotten bolder. First it was the pale greentoilet bowl seat, then the pink and purple rings files he bought for his office and now the steam iron. What's next?Red boxers perhaps. Ohh that reminds me, he has plenty of boxers in bold prints.
My lecturer once told the class that men go through andropause at certain point in life. Andropause is somewhat like menopause where there would be a change in preferences, emotions. Hehe, i used to think the women get them all (menses, pregnancy, menopause). But the men have their fair share too. Oh wait, there is masculine and feminine for French too. I know i don't make any sense here, but i want to bring French into the picture. Awwww i miss Jerome! Can't wait for French tutorial next Tues, but that would mean French listening and writing test. ):
Nee was supposed to come over to my place today. But something cropped up at the very last minute and our initial plan was cancelled. The day was Boring with a capital B. It was another one of the stay-home days where i would eat, sleep and watch tv. And for the record, i ate two ba zhangs, one for breakfast and one for dinner. Just when i decided i can no longer stay home, i called koonie to ask her out. But the poor girl was working. *pats pats* It started raining even before we could decide on where to go. How bad can my day get huh. Tomorrow's gonna be a better day, no monday blues!

Bonjour readers! Rejoice, for yours truly has finally made her virgin visit to Holland Village. Hehee. Shame on me for saying that i've visited every corner of Singapore. So my Friday night was spent dining at Essential Brew, "sightseeing", camwhoring. And not forgetting to check out the exact location of Wala Wala. See how meticulous i can be at times.
The much raved Wala Wala was a tad disappointing. The place isn't exactly big, congested i would say. But the number of people chilling out there was amazing, no joke. Ehh but it's a Friday night, no big deal. A plus point would be Caucasians make up majority of the patrons there. So if you're thinking of hitting on some guys, CHECK OUT WALA WALA.
Ohh pictures for Essential Brew will be up soon. Cos there's a need for major photoshopping to be done due to bad lighting. I've leave you with the nightlife of Holland V then.
Along the streets
Wala Wala, or rather Bala Bala
Schedule for next week: Mon-cooking&gaming at my place with nee Tues-kumon Wed-kumon Thurs- baking with koon Fri- dumplings at Chinatown Sat- Sun-
Make an appointment with me soon.

I'm in love with this song. Everybody go ella ella eh eh~~ under my umbrella~~ hehee. I'll flash my umbrella the next time it rains and impress everyone with my moves. And if you happened to be the lucky one, you can stand under my umbrella. (: I hold the highest record of NOT bringing an umbrella no matter rain or shine.

I may attempt to write something witty about myself here. In fact I'm any plain jane you would see on the streets. Often caught daydreaming and walking aimlessly
